Fixes
- Hosts of a satellite are now showing proper prefix in the SLA graph of the NOC

- Output of cpu usage in AdminGUI::Status::Summary is equalized, fix of the issue with wrong CPU usage calculation

- Fixed bug where misleading migration/0 processes where shown in support-file output
- Fixed Agent communication timeout for CLIENTVERSION check
- Fixed bug where thresholds on host -azeti-A-, service CPU weren't interpreted properly which lead to false usage alarms
- Internal performance enhancement for often executed system calls of MY_LOCATION, MY_ADDRESS and MY_PATCHINFO
- Bug fix for SLA-data-restoration in progess icon
- Fix for Timezones with whitespaces/underscores in their names handling
- Fix of the problem of not backing up SLA options in HA mode
- Fixed bug where "Reply Time-Out" occured for check_modbus_fast_read3 due to missing internal veriables. Routines now receive environment variables and avoid slow system calls.
New Features
- Fix for High Load during MODBUS reloads. Plugin calls are now collected once after reload and cached for enhanced which lowers the overall system load.
- Moved agent config to component system in Paths.pm
- New features for DM setup:
- enhanced global-event-handler to count the number of sent events
- measuring the size of the last compressed status file
- metrics can be shown in the new service -DELIVERY-STATE- attached to -azeti-A- host of the satellite at the NOC (Go to Configuration :: System :: Status Delivery Configuration for Distributed Monitoring to enable Show DM traffic statistic at NOC)
