Problem
You have an issue with the vsom integration. Configured alerts that were working properly are not working now.
Solution
- Be sure you followed the configuration procedure on VSOM Integration.
- Make sure that the template still has the configuration.
- Make sure that the VSOM server is connected to the openvpn.
- Make sure that the cloud server is connected to the openvpn.
- Create an event in Site Controller for a sensor with VSOM integration.
- Ask your sysadmin Check the log: /var/log/tomcat7/azeti_notifications.log to see that the notifications are being processed properly.
