You can define notification escalations for services as well as for hosts. Notification escalations for services take the fault status of several hosts linked to that service into account (by selection of the corresponding host group). Notification escalations for hosts take the fault status of that host into account — independent of the service that has caused the fault.

- Enter the necessary settings and click on to save and apply the changes.

Last Notification | Define at what point a further contact group (see below) shall be notified. Notification escalation for the specified contact group(s) is completed after the number of repetitions defined in this input box.
