A Superordinate host from the selection box on which the currently configured host depends. If a superordinate host cannot be accessed, checks if the dependent hosts are discontinued. Network usage is reduced since only logically useful notifications and checks are executed. Thus you only receive a notification on the status of the central device. Another superordinate host from the selection box to define several superordinate hosts. This way you map the interdependencies of the hosts in the monitoring system. These interdependencies can be output as a network plan An individual web address for every host. With this option you can make reference to an online documentation, a collection of problem solutions or a user interface of the corresponding network object (e.g. web interface of a printer or switch).
