  • You will be directed to the main page of azeti's Service Desk
  • There you can directly search for documentation by entering key words like "sensor config" into the search bar, which will give you some hits matching your query
  • By clicking on one of the results, you will be directed to access the particular document, which contains the information you are looking for

  • You can also directly request directly support by selecting one of the following categories below: Technical Support, Pre-Sales Request or Request Trial License

  • If you for instance work on a project and would require some help regarding sensor models, you could create a ticket by clicking on Pre-Sales Request and fill out the fields

  • After you have filled out the mask, you click on create. This generates automatically a ticket on azeti's Service Desk. You will also receive an email with your request and the ticket number to track the progress. You will be notified on all updates on this ticket via emailĀ 
  • The process is the same for Technical Supporttechnical support
  • If you would like to use our software for testing purposes or for instance on a trade show, you can go to "Request Trial License"



  • Please add the reason, why you request a trial license
  • After you have filled out the mask, click on "Add" and our system will cut you a licenseĀ 
  • You will receive an email with all the necessary information
